BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE IL
INTERPRETATION SYSTEM
IL uses state of the art, fully automated Over-the-Phone, Video-Remote and On-Site
Interpretation Services system. The system is operational 24/7 and is able to accom-
modate an unlimited number of calls simultaneously. It is also equipped with a highly
sophisticated voice recognition system, allowing clients to speak the target language
or simply choose from pre-programmed languages using their telephone key pad.
Our system has an online call monitoring, tracking and reporting capability that is
among the most advanced in the industry, enabling us to customize and generate
online reports based on any number of variables and parameters specified by our
clients.
Our system requires no operators; however, it is configured to bypass the automated
