TYPES OF CALLS

            There are various ways to place an interpreter call:

            1.  Simple calls – when the client and LEP person are in the same room

            2.  Conference calls – when a client and LEP person are not in the same room

            3.  Scheduled interpretation calls when a client needs an interpreter at a specific
                 time and date regardless of the location of the parties
            All calls have fixed rate of service. There are no additional fees for conference calls or

            scheduled interpretation calls.
