the language, like “AMH” will call Amharic!
The number of interpreters per language within a batch is determined by IL in consul-
tation with our clients. We base this number on client call volume, peak hours as well
as language/s. For example, a batch for Spanish language interpretation service may
have seven interpreters, while for French language it may only have four interpret-
ers. Currently, the IL interpreter database is configured with 5 interpreters per batch.
Batches can be readjusted in line with clients’ usage at any time.
SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION
An IL administrator is responsible for ensuring both the system and the interpreter
database are fully integrated and working at maximum capacity. The administrator
sets the fields of service for each client, department and service according to your
needs and specifications. The administrator can also increase or decrease the number
of interpreters per batch, per language, or update interpreters’ ratings to allow new
