IL web-based interpreters’ database has grown to contain over 1,500 interpreters. Our interpreters can provide over-the-telephone interpretation service in over 160 languages. The interpreters’ database is fully integrated in the system in a way it allows our interpreters to enter their language/s spoken, gender, area of expertise (legal, medical, etc.) and availability. Changes in interpreters’ information are entered and updated in real-time.

All languages and interpreters in our database are coded and identified by name and numbers. This allows the system to select an interpreter and a langue quickly while making it easier for our customers to input and remember interpreters and language ID numbers.
